"Quick and helpful service"

"Stock was actually accurate!"
I checked the website and it said they had 4 in stock, so I headed over hoping it was right. Sure enough, they actually had all 4 there! Super nice when the online inventory matches what’s in the store...

"Warranty Repair Was Surprisingly Quick"

The box showed up completely crushed, and one of the parts inside was bent. I’m returning it, but it’s frustrating that these situations always seem to fall into some policy loophole where the customer has to jump through hoops even though the item arrived damaged

"Easy trip to Lowe’s"
I checked lowes before heading over to my local Lowe’s and the store was nicer than I expected. It was really clean and the aisles weren’t packed with random stuff everywhere. The signs made it easy to find what I came in for and even the garden section looked well taken care of. Checkout was quick too so overall it was just a simple hassle free trip. 5 stars from me.

"Smooth washer delivery"
I ordered a washer from Lowe’s. The delivery showed up right within the window they gave me. The guys called ahead too. Everything went smoothly. No issues at all. Happy with it

"Better than I expected"
I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first and wasn’t sure it would actually live up to the claims, but overall I’m happy with it. Nothing major to complain about so far.

"Order was right, even though I felt rushed"
I placed an order on Lowes.com for a bunch of random stuff I needed around the house, and I was kind of rushing because I felt pressured to get everything picked out quickly. I figured at least one thing might end up being the wrong size, wrong color, or missing something since it was a mixed order, but everything showed up exactly how I chose it. Pickup was easy too, which was a relief. Overall, happy with how it turned out.

It’s not bad overall, but for me the value just isn’t quite there. I was expecting a little more for what I paid, so I’m kind of on the fence about it. Maybe it works better for someone else, but

"Refund was handled really fast"
I had to return something I ordered online and thought it was going to be a huge hassle. But Lowe’s processed the refund way quicker than I expected. The money was back in my account in just a couple days, and I didn’t have to keep calling or chasing anyone down. Super smooth overall, no complaints from me.

"Sooo much easier than wandering the aisles"
I used lowes to shop for a new faucet and a couple small parts, and it was wayyy easier than I expected. The search worked well, and I really liked being able to filter for stuff that was actually in stock at my local store. Pages loaded fast, the product photos were clear, and the reviews were easy to skim through. Checkout was simple too, and the pickup options popped up right away. It saved me from walking around the store totally confused, so yeahhh, 5 stars from me.

"Surprisingly smooth checkout"
I ordered from Lowe’s and, you know, I’m totally calm about this, but the shipping cost was actually lower than I expected. No random extra fees popped up at checkout either, which made me happy.

"I did end up getting a…"
I did end up getting a discount, which was nice, but the promo rules weren’t very clear. I had to spend a while figuring out what actually applied, which was annoying. In the end, I saved some money, so it was decent overall, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Helpful and straightforward"
I went in without really knowing what I needed for a small plumbing fix, and the guy in that aisle made it way easier than I expected. Compared to other times I’ve wandered around stores guessing at parts, he explained it in plain English and showed me exactly what to get. He even kept me from buying extra stuff I didn’t need. Overall, good trip.

In my experience, this was a really smooth order. I placed it in the morning, it was ready much sooner than I thought it would be. Pickup was quick too, with no waiting around, so I was happy with the whole thing.

"Delivery was actually smooth"
I ordered from Lowe's and, the delivery tracking was way better than I expected. It updated enough that I wasn’t stuck guessing all day, and I got a heads-up when the driver was getting close. My order showed up right within the time window and everything was in good shape. I know people like to complain about delivery stuff, but I really didn’t have any issues here. It was a simple, smooth process, so it’s 5 stars from me

“Good luck! We ordered appliances in-store, and after a month Lowes failed to deliver them. We finally got our money back and ordered elsewhere and the appliances were delivered in three days. I would cancel your order and look elsewhere.”
